Aim:

• What is story in the Greek myth Pygmalion ?
• Who was George Bernard Shaw?
• What was 1900 England like?

Procedures:

Activity 1

• Read the myth- Pygmalion.
• Research online to find more details about the myth
• Find the images of Pygmalion and the sculpture her created.
• Record the references (the website addresses where you found the information).

Activity 2

• Do research online on the following topics
  • George Bernard Shaw
  • 1900 England
• Report back what you read on each topic in an essay form.
• Find images to illustrate each topic.

HW. Put the information together and write a brief report on the three topics given with illustrations.

Activity 3

• Share the information on the topics in class.
• Students take notes while one student is reading the report.
