Publishing  Word Documents Using the  the  Publisher

Method 1

1. go to blank publications

2. select book fold
3. go to page setup and click on 'landscape'
4. Work only on pages 2 and 3

Method 2

  1. Select "Blank Publications" in the "New from a design"
  2. Select full page
  3. File-Page Setup
  4. Check "Landscape" in the Orientation section
  5. Insert-Text Box, drag the text box all over the page.
  6. Select "Column" in the standard toolbar and drag two columns
  7. Select borders in the "Apply a design"

 

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Open Microsoft Word
  2. File>Page Setup>Landscape>OK
  3. Format>Columns>Two>Modify Spacing to .75>OK
  4. Now you can start entering images or text.

 

JUST TO LET YOU KNOW

Since images are consider a part of the text, you won’t be able to move them wherever you want.  Therefore after you’ve paste the image into the document, you’ll need to do the following to move the image to where you want:

·        Right Click>Format Picture

·        Layout Tab>In front of text

Now you can’t move the image to wherever you like on the page!  Have fun!
