Using Nicenet as a Tool to Post  Your Lessons and Assignments & a Channel for Communications

Descriptions: In this workshop, participants will learn to create an Internet classroom as an exclusive learning community for teachers and  their students. In this virtual classroom,  students  can communicate with and learn from each other; teachers can post lessons,  have ongoing dialogues with their students, and check students’ work. Students will also benefit from the updated class schedules and homework assignments to keep track their class work and homework. This online classroom is an extension of our daily class and could serve as a “home base” where students and teachers “meet”, “talk” and “discuss”.

 Here are the easy steps to set up your Internet Classroom

1. Go to Nicenet.org
2. Click “Create a Class”
3. Fill in the requested information and click “Create a Class”
4. Copy the registration information and share it with your students
